Our process cleanly converts scrap tires entirely back to their original materials - carbon black, oil, gas, and steel.
These materials are high quality and readily marketable. Our carbon black has numerous uses:
- for automobile tires and other automotive components
- as a reinforcing agent
- for colour pigmentation
- to protect against ultraviolet rays
- to help ensure conductivity of materials.
Our oil has high aromatics and low sulphur content. Our steel is a heavy melting steel. The pyrolyzed gas is recycled within the production process, which reduces the need for outside energy.
