Global Footprint
Flagship Facility development underway
The Company’s flagship commercial facility is being developed near Kingston, Ontario.
This is a first-of-its kind commercial scale facility designed to operate a continuous pyrolysis process.
The Company’s site includes 60 acres within the Taylor Kidd Industrial Complex.
The facility at full capacity will process 120,000 tonnes of tires per annum on a continuous basis.
The facility will also include a global research platform focusing on the downstream development of high potential market applications in various areas.
The Business Opportunity is Global
It is clear that the used tire problem is a global issue in search of a sustainable solution.
Global demand drivers for sustainable used tire conversion include population size, population density, proximity to end buyers, and standard of living (GDP).
The estimated global demand for our technology over the next decade is over 150 facilities.
RIPP’s Kingston plant will be the showcase facility for rapid international deployment beginning in 2012.
